Thanks for shopping at www.myjoos.in If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept at 0-8 degrees at all times, failing to do so will lead to the juice getting spoilt and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Rejuva Nutrition upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
Your item should be returned within 24 hrs from the time you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice or message of confirmation of your order payment will also be considered valid)
Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. In other cases, the refund will be done within 15 days.
You need to keep the products to be returned, ready so our delivery boys can get them collected. We will call and let you know when the we pick up the item to be returned.
